Clean Force Property Services (CFPS) is a social enterprise of WISE Employment (WISE). CFPS operates a successful Commercial Property Services business whilst providing training and employment to people with a disability who have not been able to secure or maintain employment in the general labour market.

In this rewarding position you will provide job training, guidance and support to a team of Property Service Workers in order to deliver high quality commercial cleaning and property maintenance services for a range of customers. You will enjoy the satisfaction of helping people develop vocational skills in order to enhance their future employment prospects.

This role requires out of hours work, mainly in the afternoons and evenings. Occasional weekend work may also be required.

We seek applications from people who have had experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Delivering commercial cleaning services
- Working in a direct support role within community services, or
- Managing/supervising staff.

To be successful in this role, you will also have:
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to develop rapport with employees and customers
- Proficiency in using current MS Office, database applications, communication technologies (e.g. Internet, Intranet, Email)
- The ability to motivate, lead and supervise a team
- Current valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated ability to work within specified budgets and timeframes whilst delivering a quality service
