| We are seeking an experienced
and highly motivated Site Manager to effectively lead
and manage our Hobart Disability Network site. The Site
Manager will lead and manage the team to ensure that
the site delivers high quality and relevant employment
& vocational services.
Key responsibilities will include the efficient and
effective management of all operational aspects and
resources of the site, including successful service
delivery, leadership of staff, financial management,
and business development and marketing activities.
The successful candidate will possess the following
key requirements:

Sound knowledge and
understanding of Employment Services programs |

Extensive Financial and People Management knowledge,
skills and experience |
| • |
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills at all levels |
| • |
Ability to deal with workplace disputes
and performance issues |
| • |
Proven track record of achieving desired employment
service outcomes and a demonstrated ability to
exceed targets |
| • |
Ability to build and maintain strong internal
and external relationships |
| • |
Strong ability to analyse and solve problems
and interpret complex information |
| • |
Ability to define goals, develop strategies
and to plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate

| • |
Sound planning, coordination, administration,
organisational and time management skills |
