Quality and Risk Manager (North Melbourne)
 


Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services you will effectively lead and manage the WISE Quality and Risk Management department while ensuring all organisational standards, funding body and relevant legislation requirements are met.

This role will be offered initially on a 12 month contract basis, with the possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Leading the development, implementation and continual improvement of WISE overall Quality Management System (QMS)

- Developing and facilitating the implementation of an effective Quality Management System in consultation with managers

- Auditing and reviewing the effectiveness of risk controls

- Facilitating the implementation of high quality business management practices based on ISO standards

- Developing and proposing a Risk Management process which involves establishment of context; identification, analysis, evaluation, treatment, monitoring and review of risks and consultation and communication of risks

You will hold relevant tertiary qualification(s) and have a sound knowledge and understanding of organisational systems, developing policies and procedures, quality management and accreditation processes and risk management techniques and practices.
