Our Employment Services division in Sydney is currently seeking an experienced specialist Consultant for our Operational Support Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Specialist Consultant will work under the direction of the Employment Services Quality Team.

This role will provide coaching, auditing, and troubleshooting services at various Sydney sites within the Employment Services division. Where required, the incumbent will be required to locate and secure ongoing employment for eligible jobseekers, provide effective support to jobseekers by matching jobs appropriate to their abilities, and ensure employment sustainability through post placement support.

The keys to your success are:

- Sound understanding of relevant funding body requirements and ability to provide advice on complex contractual requirements
- Highly developed Customer Service skills
- Highly developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving ability
- Proficiency in using current MS Office and database applications.
