WISE Employment (WISE) is a successful not-for-profit organisation, committed to providing quality employment, training, occupational rehabilitation and allied health services to disadvantaged members of the community through a range of programs.

This role sits within the Employment Services Division of WISE.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that sustainable employment opportunities for eligible jobseekers are identified and obtained through the establishment of effective external relationships with employers and local business and through business development and reverse marketing activities so that outcomes for job seekers are maximised.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a strong interest in effectively assisting disadvantaged job seekers and meet the following key requirements:
Experience in sales and/or marketing and the ability to employ proven marketing methods e.g. cold calling and reverse marketing
Ability to develop, refine and implement marketing action plans, proposals and reports on a local level
Drive and enthusiasm to succeed in a competitive, outcome focussed environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using current MS Office and database applications
Current driver's licence
