Our Job Services Australia team is currently seeking an experienced Case Manager, Level 2 for one of our Penrith team.

The Case Manager Level 2 is an integral position with responsibility for providing expert support to job seekers facing the most challenging of circumstances.

The keys to your success are:

- Significant experience working with disadvantaged clients in the Employment Services environment or related field
- In depth understanding of the broad range of issues facing jobseekers who require the highest level of support
- Ability to identify challenging barriers faced by jobseeker clients and effectively strategise to overcome these
- Strong sense of empathy, integrity and compassion
