Our Disability Employment Network team in Marrickville
is currently seeking experienced an experienced Case
Manager, Level 2.
The Case Manager Level 2 is an integral position with
responsibility for providing expert support to job
seekers facing the most challenging of circumstances.
In this role, you will also be responsible for reverse
marketing jobseekers to suitable employment opportunities.
The keys to your success are:
- Significant case management experience working
with disadvantaged clients in the Employment Services
environment or related field
- An understanding of Disability Employment Network
contractual requirements is an advantage
- Interest in assisting highly disadvantaged jobseekers
to obtain sustainable employment
- In depth understanding of the broad range of issues
facing jobseekers who require the highest level of
support
- Ability to identify challenging barriers faced
by jobseeker clients and effectively strategise to
overcome these
- Strong sense of empathy, integrity and compassion
- A demonstrated ability to effectively manage client
caseloads
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently as well as within
a team environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
skills
- Demonstrated capabilities in a customer contact
and/or administration role
