Our Darwin team is currently
seeking an experienced Case Manager, Level 1.
The Case Manager Level 1 is an integral position with
responsibility for providing expert support to job seekers.
The keys to your success are:
- Demonstrated case management experience in employment
services or related field
- An understanding of the employment services contract
- An insight into the issues/challenges facing jobseekers
- A demonstrated ability to effectively manage client
caseloads
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently as well as within
a team environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
skills
- Demonstrated capabilities in a customer contact
and/or administration role
