Assessment Specialist - Job Services Australia - Sydney (West)
 

Our Job Services Australia team is currently seeking experienced Assessment Specialist for one of our Western Sydney sites.

The Assessment Specialist is responsible for the initial assessment of the individual jobseeker to confirm the support level required for the job seeker and to provide comprehensive support to the Program Manager and the broader team by delivering expert advice and recommendations for job network allocations.

The keys to your success are;
- Extensive case management experience in employment services or a related field
- Ability to formulate strategies to assess personal, social and economic needs of jobseekers
- In depth understanding of the broad range of issues facing jobseekers who require the highest level of support
- Ability to identify challenging barriers faced by jobseekers and effectively strategise to overcome these
- Strong sense of empathy, integrity and compassion
