WISE Employment is proud to announce the launch of its new employment service in the UK – WISE Ability.

Based in the cities of Sheffield and Rotherham, WISE Ability will support unemployed people on the Flexible New Deal programme which is being delivered in the areas of South Yorkshire in partnership with Remploy, the UK’s leading provider of specialist employment services for people with severe barriers to work.

WISE Employment’s CEO, John Bateup, believes that as an Australian provider, WISE Employment has a lot to offer the UK market.

“Working in Australia since 1992 providing disability employment services, and then through the inception of the Job Network and now into Job Services Australia, WISE Employment has developed a lot of experience working with a range of job seekers, employers and community groups,” he said.

“We welcome the opportunity to take that experience to the UK market.”

WISE Ability’s Managing Director, Kay Sutton, believes that with the Australian experience and her own team’s local expertise, WISE Ability will provide a quality employment service to the communities of Sheffield and Rotherham.
