Trained for Work…. Skilled for life
WISE Learning and Development Services (LDS) is the training division of WISE Employment. With over 100 years of combined experience, the friendly, highly qualified team provides engaging, positive and practical training, tailored to suit the needs of its diverse range of clients. The LDS team also calls on a wide network of specialised sessional trainers to provide industry-specific classes
Whether providing courses for job seekers or those already in the workforce looking to extend their skills, LDS programs are designed to challenge, support and empower each participant. It is therefore LDS’ mission to provide clients with training that suits their needs, experience and capabilities.
LDS provide a wide range of programs, from Nationally Accredited Certificates and Diplomas right through to one-off specialist courses.
The success of LDS stems from their strong connections with the local labour market, ensuring training programs target areas of current skill shortages and their belief that the right skills and qualifications can make the difference between finding a job and keeping it.
The LDS team also pride themselves on their flexible approach to skilling and re-skilling clients. This flexible approach has seen classes scheduled to suit childcare commitments, arrange interpreters for non-English speaking participants, or even condense a training program into the shortest time possible for those clients looking for a rapid outcome.
