Working out Program
Many people with criminal records re-offend because they can’t find work. WISE’s Work Out Program is designed to break that cycle.

We Understand
We understand that there are many reasons why people may reoffend and end up back inside. Often it is because they can’t find work. We also know that there are other social and health issues that can contribute. We believe that the way to break the cycle and help you find lasting employment is to assist in addressing all the barriers.
Finding a job when you have a criminal record can be hard work. Anyone with a record whether you’ve spent time in prison or not, is eligible for assistance through our Working Out Program. The program offers six months of cost-free assistance that is tailored to your specific skills and needs.
WISE Employment offers the Working Out Program at our Richmond Specialist Centre.
