Pre-vocational
Eligible job seekers will be assisted to find employment through updating their skills and/or qualifications. They will be offered practical advice on the local labour market as well as assistance with job search skills and techniques.

Job Search
In the Job Search phase job seekers are equipped with the necessary skills and techniques to successfully obtain employment. In addition to job search support services, WISE provides eligible job seekers with assistance in preparing resumes, applying for jobs and cold canvassing. Job seekers also have access to the full range of our office facilities designed for comfort and ease of use.

Post-placement Support
WISE provides individual, ongoing advice and support regarding all aspects of employment and training opportunities including negotiating with employers on the job seekers behalf and providing further assistance and information after employment is secured. Starting a new job can be challenging and WISE can help you manage this transition. We want to make sure that you are happy with your new position and enjoy hearing about the milestones you achieve in your new job.
