Training
ELS gives all people including those with a disability the training and the experience they need to safely and effectively hold a worthwhile job.
We regard our employees as our most important asset and our reason for existence as a company.
We are committed to the personal growth, training and development of our employees so that they can reach their full potential whatever that may be.
A recent example of this is our participation in the WELL Program, providing opportunities for our people who in the past have faced barriers to accessing formal training.
