Some staff actually reduce your wage bill

Finding and training a new employee requires a substantial commitment in time and resources. The Wage Subsidy Scheme recognises this by providing government funded incentives and assistance to employers.

WISE provides cost-free recruitment assistance to businesses, under Job Services Australia and Disability Employment Services. We introduce employers to job seekers who are eligible for varying subsidy levels through the Wage Subsidy Scheme.

Our job seekers are capable and job-ready. WISE helps employers put the Wage Subsidy to work.

How Wage Subsidies Work:
Wages for eligible job seekers are government subsidised
Wage Subsidies are an incentive to employers and a recognition of the cost of finding and training staff
Subsidy levels are specific to individual jo seekers
WISE recruitment advice is cost-free. There are no catches.
WISE only recommends job-seekers who are job-ready Ask your local WISE consultant about putting the Wage Subsidy to work for your business.
