Guiding and inspiring people to realise their potential and achieve fulfilling vocational goals.

Vision
Enriching the Community
Empowerment through Employment

The WISE Employment philosophy presents the organisation with a substantial challenge: to provide quality assistance to as many disadvantaged people as possible. We believe that employment enriches our community by enabling individuals to realise their potential

Values

About Us

Founded in Australia in 1992, WISE Employment is a not-for-profit community service organisation, with branches across Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.

We are committed to supporting disadvantaged members of the community and provide assistance to job seekers and employers under the Australian Government’s Disability Employment Services

We take a progressive approach to social enterprise and community investment, reinvesting our surplus funds into innovative projects and programs that benefit the most marginalised and under supported sections of our community. We also operate three social enterprises that provide employment for highly disadvantaged job seekers in Victoria and Tasmania.
